WHAT WE DO
Bruel spa deals with the sale of shoes and handbags with their own brands in Europe, Japan and the Middle East. Through the brand Bruno Premi, it updates from season to season its interpretation of Italian style and taste.

In addition to high quality products, the company provides a timely customer care service, with the aim of supporting the best way possible the job of the sales force and, especially, customers. The creative team does not impose trends but proposes models, shapes and colours so that every woman can feel at ease in her pursuit of taste.

Bruel staff provides clients with a multi-lingual support, in order to facilitate the dialogue with the company. Bruel's organizational structure is designed to handle customer needs quickly. In fact, we firmly believe that skills and abilities count more than hierarchies.

OUR GOALS
Bruel wants to continue to grow gradually and steadily, entrenching its presence in key markets. This is represented by a growing business, able to serve about 2,000 customers throughout Europe and other markets. The goal is to provide a more personalized service, using new technologies and materials, but also increasingly focusing attention on product quality.
